Policy Statement

Upon submission of a confirmed request for a custom poem from Piercing the Heart, LLC, 50% of the total payment is due. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the poem. Piercing the Heart, LLC retains full copyright ownership of all custom poems created. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of the poem beyond personal or gift-giving purposes requires explicit permission from Piercing the Heart, LLC. By submitting a request, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
